Booking Policies
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please get in touch with me within 24- 48 hours. Consistent non-emergency cancellations will result in a $25 retainer fee.
There is a grace period of 20 minutes for your appointment. If for any reason you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. However, if you exceed the grace period of 20 minutes, you may need to reschedule.
NOTE: The latest time to book an appointment is 5:30 pm, even though my calendar shows later.
